We are an E-commerce company based in Dubai looking for a dynamic Administrative cum Customer Support to support our day to day operations.
The candidate should be able to do the following:
Provides support and assistance to customers.
Respond and manage clients’ inquiries and complaints.
Must know Social Media Marketing
With previous customer service experience are preferred.
With good oral and written communication.
Must know the basic admin responsibilities
