Description:
We are hiring for the post of an Accounts Payable at Fakhruddin Properties with a minimum of 1 year and maximum experience of 2 years in the UAE.
Male candidates only.
Keeping track of supplier cheques and updating the relevant team members
Preparing prepayment schedules for Insurances, land rentals, Deprecation, other deposits and (if required)
Prepare VAT reconciliation for the input VAT
Bank reconciliation of all the Properties and Services divisions
Entering refund details & raising invoice for security refund, investor rent refund and ROI disbursements
