Urgent opening for an Accounts Executive (VAT), Visit visa also can apply, Only Indian (Male)
Providing accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance and of the VAT regulations. Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities. Working with tax laws in UAE and update the changes to the management.
Maintain controls by adhering to the accounting department’s policies and procedures and ensure Tax practices are in compliance. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions.
Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers. Record monthly credit card expense transactions
Prepare and update records for checks’ requests and invoices for payment. Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents and keeping records in filing. Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Proven experience as accountant with good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Excellent knowledge in TALLY and MS Office
