• Daily Attendance Monitoring & reporting
• Visa Processing – Dubai & Ajman Freezone
• Monitor the Overtime & Analysis of reports
• Payroll Processing
• Leave Management
• WPS processing
• Insurance Processing
• Performance Evaluation of Employees.
• Performance Appraisal
• Grievance Handling
• Administration Activities
• Guiding and Motivation the Employees
• Looking after the welfare of Employees
• Framing HR Policies and implementation of same
• Renewal – Trade Licenses, Visas, Insurance
• Preparing Budget for HR Expenses and Fixing Dates for Approval of Funds
• Supporting/Guiding and Helping team in Day to Day Activities
• Preparing Daily and Weekly Report and submitting it to Head of Department
• Payables & Receivables entries
• Managing team of Accounts and Coordinating on monthly closure procedure
• Must have knowledge of Accounting
• Must have knowledge of Labour Law procedure in UAE
• Must have Knowledge of UAE Visa processing
