Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Having an Equivalency Certificate is an advantage
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the construction industry
Proficient in using MS Excel, Tally Accounting software, QuickBooks, Peachtree
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
The ideal candidate must have relevant accounting experience, ERP, Accounts Receivable, Payable, Payment Follow Up, Payroll Accounting, and Till Finalization of Accounts
Experience in VAT (taxation) and filing every quarter.
Familiarity with finance regulations
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in adherence to construction accounting-related policies and procedures, including posting journal entries, account reconciliations, budgeting, cash management, workers comp audits, etc.
Perform filing, data entry, basic bookkeeping, answer phone calls, processing mails, etc.
Process transactions, issue cheques, handle cash and invoices, update budgets, etc.
Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills in English,
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
