Accounts cum Customer Service
Responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and entering accounts data in the computer system.
To scan, print, file documents and reports and ensuring confidentiality of the company records.
Responsible for collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounts information.
Receiving guests, determining their purpose of visit and direct them to appropriate office or persons.
To evaluate and select reliable suppliers and administering payment to them as well as employees.
Preferred male candidates with at least 1 year experience as an Accountant or receptionist.
Having basic Accounting knowledge.
Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer care service.
Having good interpersonal and communication skills.
