About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Nephrology Consultant to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized consultation and medical oversight for patients undergoing home hemodialysis.
- Conduct in-home visits or remote evaluations, ensuring continuity of care.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with DOH/HAAD standards, while upholding the highest patient safety and care quality.
