We’re Hiring: HR Admin
We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Admin to support our HR function and keep daily office operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR administrator who can handle recruitment support, payroll administration, and general office coordination with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities including shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and prepare HR documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure the workspace remains orderly.
  • Coordinate meetings and support day-to-day office tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with HR software.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and routine office administration tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
