Description:
We are seeking an experienced Branding Manager to lead the visual identity and on-site branding for a major international event taking place in Abu Dhabi this December. This is a fixed-term freelance assignment running from October 6 to December 12, 2025, with mandatory on-site presence in Abu Dhabi beginning November 24.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the event’s visual identity across print collateral, signage, and scenography.
- Adapt and apply brand guidelines, ensuring suppliers and vendors follow specifications.
- Oversee quality control on all branding assets to maintain consistency and brand integrity.
- Lead and coordinate the onsite branding team during installation and throughout the event delivery phase.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience managing brands, ideally with international events or large-scale activations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of print production processes and vendor coordination.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creatively minded.
- Based in Dubai and fluent in English; French language skills are an advantage.
