Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Global Revenue & Customer Support Solutions team within GTS. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of user stories, from gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria to supporting deployment in production. You will collaborate closely with business users, solution architects, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience. This position provides the opportunity to influence key digital transformation projects impacting ResMed’s global service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather comprehensive requirements by engaging with business users and peers.
• Collaborate with customer service managers and agents to identify operational pain points.
• Analyze complex business processes and develop scalable solutions.
• Create detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria for development guidance.
• Partner with solution architects and platform teams to design aligned solutions.
• Conduct walkthrough sessions of developed features with stakeholders.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate testing efforts for deployment.
• Perform impact analysis for scope changes, documenting updates to requirements and processes.
• Follow change management processes and ensure compliance during implementation.
• Provide post-implementation support to optimize solutions.
• Work independently, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in remote and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Preferred: 8+ years of experience with CRM systems, especially Sales Cloud.
• Preferred: 3+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
• Understanding of contact center technologies and tools like Seismic.
