Requirements
Manage and operate stores on the Noon platform with a strong understanding of its operational rules, algorithms, and tools. Demonstrated knowledge of e-commerce sales and marketing strategies, particularly for the Dubai and broader Middle Eastern market, is essential. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior to inform strategy.
Proficiency with data analysis tools, including Excel, Google Analytics, or Noon’s built-in analytics, to interpret KPIs and provide actionable insights. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams (inventory, marketing, etc.) and external partners (Noon platform team).
