Overview:
Gaelan Medical Trade is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical sales operations across the UAE. The role focuses on driving business growth, nurturing key client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve commercial targets within the UAE pharma market.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed regional targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that expand market share and revenue across the UAE.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, distributors and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Oversee territory planning, account management, and key-opportunity pursuit.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, regulatory and operations teams to ensure product availability and compliance.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to promote products and strengthen partnerships.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years’ managerial experience in the pharmaceutical sector within the UAE market.
- Proven track record of sales leadership and business growth in pharma.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop long-term client relationships.
- Experience in territory management, forecasting, and team leadership.
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare channel dynamics and regulatory environment is an advantage.
