We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Contracting Manager to lead supplier and hotel contracting activities and help shape our commercial partnerships. In this role you’ll manage hotel supplier relationships, negotiate and finalise contracts, and work cross-functionally to make sure our client offerings deliver excellent value and service standards.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Relationships: Build, manage and strengthen long-term partnerships with hotel suppliers to secure competitive inventory and consistent service.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Lead contract negotiations, draft and finalise agreements, manage renewals, and ensure terms meet company objectives for cost and quality.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to broaden our supplier network and product offerings.
- Pricing & Cost Analysis: Design competitive pricing models, evaluate supplier proposals and optimise cost structures while protecting margins.
- Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with legal, financial and company policies; coordinate with legal and finance teams as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations and finance to align supplier agreements with client requirements and commercial goals.
💡 What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in contracting and supplier management within the hospitality, DMC or hotels contracting environment in the UAE.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong commercial negotiation and analytical abilities to secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to build trust with hotel partners and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to contract review, pricing terms and compliance checks.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of DMC and hospitality contracting practices, including rate structures, allotments, commissions and performance clauses.
