Join Our Team — Call Center / Customer Service Agent / Chat Support
We’re looking for friendly, energetic professionals to be the voice of JAYS. If you enjoy helping customers, can type fast, and keep your cool in a busy environment, this role will suit you. You’ll handle customer enquiries across calls, chats and emails while keeping records accurate and ensuring customers leave satisfied.

What You’ll Do:
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer chats and emails about orders, product questions, and feedback.
• Deliver professional, courteous service — customers notice the tone in your voice.
• Accurately log interactions and update customer records while juggling multiple tasks.
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
• Escalate complex problems to supervisors and follow up to closure.

Your Schedule:
• 6 days a week.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Fluent English — both spoken and written.
• 1–2 years UAE call center/customer service experience (non-negotiable).
• Fast, accurate typing and strong computer skills.
• Energetic, solution-focused, and eager to learn and grow.
• Available to join within 1–2 weeks.
• Open to all nationalities — talent matters most.
