Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will actively seek new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support sales and marketing efforts to meet growth targets. This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research prospective clients, target markets, and industry segments to uncover business opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and online channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by following up regularly and understanding client needs.
• Assist senior BD managers with preparing proposals, presentations, and contract documentation.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to help shape strategy and sales efforts.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and achieve growth goals.
• Help develop and implement business development strategies and campaigns.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications within the CRM.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in business development (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Experience:
• 1 – 2 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
