Hiring Operations Manager for a startup BPO office in UAE. The company is a global leader in BPO, IT Services and IT Consultancy for the past 30 years with 33 global offices and 14,600+ employees. We need someone who can start April 2019!

On boarding date: Immediate (2-3 weeks max)

Qualifications:

• Degree is a must
• Minimum 8-10 year of overall work experience in a Voice based premium contact centres.
• Minimum of 3 years in an operations management role
• Minimum 1 year (last 1 year) in UAE
• Prior experience in managing CSAT & Net Promoter Score is desired
• Must be UAE-based candidate
