Hiring Sales Manager in RAK UAE

Position:   Sales Manager/Team Leader

Salary:      AED 15,000 plus commission and other benefits

Location:  Ras Al Khaimah

Our client is one of the leading investment hubs in the UAE with solutions to free zone/non-free zone businesses.

They now need an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in RAK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achievement of team targets/conversion of sales leads.
• Ongoing career development/support/coaching for team
• Identify need based training for direct reports.
• Execution/implementation/monitoring of the Sales strategy
• Reporting on the sales performance to the senior leadership.
• Monitor sales volume, product mix, and selling price

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

• Marketing/Business Degree
• 4 year experience in a similar role. Track record of success in senior/leadership sales
• Free zone experience preferred. Real estate sales will be considered
• Excellent analytic skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems, MS-Excel, Visio and Access.
