Description:
Project Manager Opportunity in Dubai Urgently Required
12+ years of Experience in Telecom OSS Solutions, hands on project management and implementations.
Strong Project Management skills – Expertise in Planning, Tracking, Reporting, Resourcing, Risk Management, Costing, People Management;
Experience with scrum agile & waterfall methodology, and in delivering service management, automations, and AI solutions in telecom oss space.
Customer Experience Management is a Plus. BMC Remedy ITSM Experience is a must.
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to effectively prioritize tasks for self and team in a high-pressure environment.
Proven customer facing experience and managing a team of developers, excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Provisioning Systems, Service Assurance Systems, AZURE / Cloud Platform experience.
Good knowledge of Machine Learning, Good knowledge of AI, Experience with JAVA/SOAP/REST API/ Micro Services.
Good knowledge of CMDB/SID, Workflows and Service Management Systems
