HR – Onboarding & Relocation Specialist
Assistance in hiring processes: Launch at recruiting agencies, Coordinate interviews, Prepare job offers & contracts;
Ensuring on-boarding & induction process for new employees/consultants in the team;
Coordination of relocation files with external relocation partner for employees recruited outside UAE;
Explaining company policies & benefits & day-day support;
Creative, Collaborative, Empathetic & believe in power of change to create new ways for better work atmosphere;
Coordination of Change Management activities to support management on Change Network & specialize Change Management by executing Engagement & Communications & Learning Plan to support adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365;
Supporting & engaging Program Team & key stakeholders; draft local stakeholder engagement presentations, created together with the Change Lead;
Bachelor degree & previous experience as HR Coordinator & exposure to labor law & regulations;
Experience with Brand & Change Communications & possibly Design Thinking;
Competent with Social Media for organizational communications;
Proactive attitude;
Able to work in multinational environment;
High sense for ethics & ability to handle sensitive & confidential information.
