Hiring Help-desk Support Engineer for one of our government client based in Dubai.
Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree & ITIL Certified
No of Vacancy 2 (1 Male & 1 Female)
Salary: 5000 AED /-
Should be present in UAE for Interview.
Job Description:
- Provide telephone, e-mail, remote access, or in-person solutions to day-to-day computer issues.
- Process daily tickets to meet or exceed SLA’s.
- Work will include troubleshooting, hot swaps and asset tracking tasks.
- Prepares and schedules computer setup, repair, configuration changes, or replacement.
- Demonstrates good working knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, and common business software such as MS Office.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current operating systems.
- Experience with ITIL Ticketing system
