Chief Accountant required in UAE

Looking for Chief Accountant for the Ready mix company in Dubai. Age 30-40; Nationality:  Eastern European, Indian, Pakistani, Filipino. Should be based in UAE. Knowledgeable on ERP (JDE, Oracle, SAP). CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA with minimum 5 years overall experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Audited experience with BIG 4 is desirable.
